Πώς μπορώ να πληρώσω την παραγγελία που θα παραλάβω από ένα ACS Locker;

Orders placed at ACS Locker can be paid for with:

• Credit or Debit Card,
• IRIS,
• Deposit, but also through payment at the Locker's integrated POS via card, on the day of receipt.

Yes, there is a limit, as the lockers have specific dimensions. The maximum allowed dimensions of packages that can be placed in an ACS Smartpoint Locker are 37cm height x 44cm width x 61cm depth and the maximum actual weight is 10kg.

This is not possible. Closing the window marks the completion of the process and therefore it cannot be opened again. In this case, you need to contact the ACS Customer Service Department at tel. 211 500 5264, which operates Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00.

The change of the declared mobile phone number in the shipment is made only upon written request from the sender, as the sender is responsible for recording all details of the recipient of the shipment.

The usual time for your shipment to be delivered to an ACS Locker is 1-2 business days from the time you select your chosen location. Once your order is placed at the ACS Locker, you will receive a notification via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone registered with the shipment.

Shipping with ACS Lockers is for orders under 500€ and if the products of the order do not exceed the dimensions of the Locker.

To receive your shipment from an ACS Smartpoint Locker, you are required to have the shipment code (10-digit number) and the unique PIN code (4-digit code) that has been sent to you via SMS or Viber.

In case you cannot locate the PIN code (4-digit code), you can choose to have the code resent via SMS or Viber, in the corresponding option on the ACS Smartpoint Locker screen, by entering the mobile phone number associated with your shipment.

The time the shipment stays at the ACS Smartpoint Locker points is usually 5 calendar days from the date you receive the relevant notification via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone you have stated in the shipment. After the 5 business days, the shipment is transferred to the ACS store that serves the specific ACS Smartpoint Locker and remains there for another 5 business days. After the above days of stay at the ACS Smartpoint Locker and at the ACS store, the shipment is returned to the sending store.

To receive your shipment from an ACS Smartpoint Locker, you will need the shipment number and a unique PIN code, which are sent via SMS or Viber to the mobile phone number registered with the shipment. If you wish, you can transfer this information to any third party who can receive it for you.
