With a green philosophy as its main focus, they are autonomous and operate with solar energy, offering a new, innovative and environmentally friendly way of delivering and sending parcels. BOX NOW Lockers are placed in key points of the city, so that you have access to them 24/7 and can pick up your parcel, anytime you want, easily and simply!

By choosing BOX NOW as your delivery method, when your package arrives at the Locker, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with the 6-digit code that opens the parcel locker. You have 48 hours from when you receive the notification message to collect your package. Simply enter the code you received into the Locker and the locker door will open automatically.

Click on the link you received via SMS and/or email for delivery details. There, you will find the location of the BOX NOW Locker you chose.

The cost is €2 for all shipments.

Shipping with BOX NOW applies to orders under 800€ and if the products of the order do not exceed the dimensions of the Locker.

Yes! Before completing the order and when choosing a payment method, choose Cash on Delivery. As soon as your order arrives at Locker, you will receive a message with a link to pay for your order in a secure banking environment. You can pay the amount via credit or debit card at any time you want, even when you are in the Locker area.

Once your package is delivered to your Locker, you have 48 hours to collect it. You can, if you wish, extend this time for an additional 24 hours via the official BOX NOW website. During this time, you will receive reminder notifications for the collection of your package, so that you do not forget.

Due to size and cost restrictions, some products are not available for pickup at Locker.

Some product combinations may not be available for pickup at Locker due to capacity, unavailability, or other factors. However, you can choose to pick up at a store or ship by courier.
