BOX NOW delivers your order to automated Lockers at locations that are convenient for you. You choose the Locker that suits you best, and once your parcel arrives, you can pick it up whenever you like — the Lockers are accessible 24/7. They operate on solar energy, offering a more environmentally friendly way to receive your delivery.

By choosing BOX NOW as your delivery method, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone with a 6-digit code to open your parcel locker once your package arrives. You have 48 hours from the time you receive the notification message to collect your parcel. Simply enter the code you received into the locker, and the locker door will open automatically.

Click the link you received via SMS and/or email for delivery details. There, you will find the location of the BOX NOW Locker you selected.

Shipping with BOX NOW costs €1.49 for orders up to €49. For orders over €49, it is free.

You can choose BOX NOW for products with a total value of up to €800, provided the parcel does not exceed 20 kg and fits in the locker.

Once your package is delivered to your Locker, you have 48 hours to collect it. You can, if you wish, extend this time for an additional 24 hours via the official BOX NOW website. During this time, you will receive reminder notifications for the collection of your package, so that you do not forget.

Some products cannot be delivered to a Locker due to their size or weight. This option also does not appear when the order exceeds the value limit.

Some product combinations may not be available for pickup at Locker due to capacity, unavailability, or other factors. However, you can choose to pick up at a store or ship by courier.
