We are informing you that Belkin has launched a recall of the Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro products, with model number MMA008 and Boost Charge USB-C PD Power Bank 20K, with model number BPB002, due to manufacturing quality issues that have been identified.
What you need to know
Belkin has received sixteen reports of malfunctions for both products globally, which may cause overheating of the products' lithium-ion cells, creating a potential fire hazard.
As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and safety, we are recalling all units of these products and offering a full refund to customers who have a valid purchase receipt.
Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro
• Sold between: January 2024 and October 2025
• Serial Numbers: 57X10F61E00046 through 57X10F67E06078
(The model number and serial number are located on the bottom of the MMA008 product.)
Belkin Boost Charge USB-C PD Power Bank 20K
• Sold between: August 2020 and October 2025
• Serial Numbers: All
No other Belkin wireless charger or product is affected by this recall.

If you have purchased the Belkin Auto model, model number MMA008, or the Boost Charge USB-C PD Power Bank 20K, model number BPB002, please follow the steps below immediately:
